| Tiny Tumblers is a fun movement and gymnastics class
for 1 and 2 year old boys and girls. A parent or other adult buddy
attends class and
participates
with each
child. We work on basic beginning skills on Vault, Bars, Balance
Beam, and Tumbling. There are many stations set up where kids can
explore different skills and movements at their own pace. The teacher
explains the procedure and goals of each station, and oversees
the stations
as parents
and
kids
work
on
as many stations
as they choose. We teach skills through fun activities such as
Parachute, Bean Bags, and gymnastics games! This Class also emphasizes
developing
balance, coordination, and motor skills
through
positive
reinforcement from both the parent and the teacher.
We start learning social skills such as sharing, taking
turns, and working in a group. Tiny Tumblers is a great place to
learn basic gymnastics skills as well as have lots of fun making
new friends! |
